The staff are welcoming and friendly from start to finish. This is the first time I've been to the office since the previous doctor, Bair, left. The staff was the same which is nice, and the office was clean as I remember. The new doctor, Palumbo, was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. She made the exam a breeze and made sure I was comfortable, explaining what each step was along the way. Will definitely return as needed.
